Short Bio

Carl Scogland is an Austin based singer-songwriter who first began writing songs at the age of 12. Born in Shreveport, Louisiana he spent the better half of his teenage years in and out of multiple rock bands. Soon after college at LSU in Baton Rouge, he began working on his debut album "Simplicity"  and started touring around the southeastern US. He was also involved in multiple bands and musical projects during this time. In 2016 he followed up with his sophomore album "Complexity" and once again toured extensively. Fast forward to 2022and he is gearing up to release his third album "Identity" coming this spring
